RN Supervisor-

Location: McLean, VA

Shift: 7AM-7PM (Every other Weekend)

Compensation: Varies based on experience

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations on your assigned shift, promoting best practices, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
