Certified Surgical Technologist

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our outpatient Orthopedic and Pain Management Surgical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated CST looking for a consistent schedule and positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for orthopedic and pain procedures
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Ensure proper handling, care, and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Anticipate surgeon needs and support efficient case flow
• Accurately document surgical supplies and procedures as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current CST certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Orthopedic and Pain procedures preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
