About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-driven Field Services Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and knows how to keep both customers and technicians calm, confident, and supported throughout the day.

This position is a great fit for:

• Experienced HVAC dispatchers, or
• Dispatch professionals from wrecker/towing services, pest control, EMS, utilities, or other high-volume service industries who are ready to apply their skills in a customer-focused home services environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Manage real-time schedule changes, emergencies, and same-day requests
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians in the field
• Deliver a calm, upbeat, and confident experience to customers—especially during stressful situations
• Balance multiple priorities at once while keeping the day moving forward
• Monitor technician status, job progress, and routing efficiency
• Support service managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and daily operations
• Document calls, notes, and updates accurately in our dispatch software
• Be a positive, steady presence for both the field team and customers

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
• OR experience as a dispatcher or coordinator in industries such as:
• Wrecker / towing services
• Pest control
• EMS / emergency services
• Utilities, plumbing, electrical, or similar field services
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Naturally upbeat, calm, and professional personality
• Ability to build trust with technicians and reassure customers
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and multiple screens
• Team-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
