Team Member

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team here at Ruby's Shake Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive that high quality dining experience through guest interaction, food preparation, and detail to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the highest level of food quality.
• Communicate politely and effectively with guests, coworkers and management.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Show knowledge about the menu
• Capable of handling cash transactions & use of POS system
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Control and limit waste.
• Communicate problems and ideas to management.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fast casual or fast food environment, preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be part of a team effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
