On behalf of a global manufacturing leader, we're looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a manufacturing facility in Denver, driving reliability, performance, and cultural change. This role is about fixing broken systems, stabilizing operations, and developing people—not just keeping things running.

What You'll Do

• Lead the turnaround of daily operations with a focus on asset reliability, efficiency, and maintenance excellence.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Identify root causes of failures and drive sustainable fixes.
• Build, coach, and inspire a technical team, fostering accountability, engagement, and growth.
• Champion environmental responsibility, safety, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing, including maintenance, engineering or operations management.
• Proven success leading plant turnarounds and driving measurable performance improvements.
• Strong technical skills in maintenance analysis, TPM, predictive tools, and reliability programs.
• A people-focused leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams.
• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process).
