Job Description
As
HR Operations Specialist
, you are responsible for executing personnel administration, ensuring accuracy of HR data within HR information system, and providing strong customer service and support to employees and leaders at DLL. This role will report to the Team Lead, HR Operations.
Day to Day
- Provide all employees, including managers and senior leaders, with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws
- Carry out personnel administration in line with established guidelines to ensure accurate and complete availability of employee information
- Manage HR systems and tools to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date HR management information
- Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, to ensure timely and correct salary payments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL employees
- Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates
- Be the first line of support to answer questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries that come in from both former and current DLL employees via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox
- Support various international HR projects
- Run reports for various internal teams (Finance, Compliance, etc.)
- Support various HR Operational processes including unemployment, employment verification, and exit interviews
- Facilitate HR System training and support
- Other duties as assigned and/or required

Essentials
- Bachelor's degree level education ideally in Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative job, preferably within HR Operations
- Ability to work hybrid in a DLL location for a minimum of 2 days per week
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Relevant experience with working in a complex matrixed organization
- High ability to plan, organize and work towards results
- High attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality is required in this position
- Strong teamwork and collaboration are required
- Adaptability to change course and prioritize
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to change
- Able to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines

Applicable Pay Range
$56, $84,520.80
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
