Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You'll be responsible for various tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders
• Unload trucks and containers using forklifts or other equipment as needed
• Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues to management
• Properly store and organize inventory in designated locations within the warehouse
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
• Prepare shipping documents and labels
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and general office tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
