This Physical Therapist position provides the opportunity to deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and sports-injury care, ensuring you can practice at the top of your license. Each PT session is one-on-one for 40 minutes, allowing high-quality outcomes and a patient-first experience. Our clinic offers AI-assisted documentation, helping Physical Therapists reduce administrative tasks and maximize patient care time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic physical therapy and sports rehab treatments using evidence-based PT practices
• Manage a one-on-one caseload in a high-quality outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate within a clinician-driven team focused on mentorship and continuing education
• Maintain accurate charts through AI-supported PT documentation systems

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Massachusetts PT License
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience (new grads welcome)
• CPR Certification
• Commitment to quality PT care and patient-centered practice
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, day-shift outpatient schedule
