Location: Cranston, RI (with regular support to Suffield, CT and Watertown, CT)

As the HR Generalist supporting our Northeast facilities, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, ensuring our teams have the support, clarity, and confidence they need to do their best work. You'll handle a mix of hands-on HR activity and process improvement — managing employee relations, guiding performance management, and driving efficiency in our HR systems and practices. Your work helps create the environment where employees who make life-changing medical products can thrive.
