For the next Full-time, Night Shift LPN hired. Any unused Bonus expires on November 30, 2025.

Job Overview
In this position, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, assisting with their daily needs while monitoring their health status. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and compassionate care.
What you'll do
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations.
- Assist in triaging patients and managing acute pain management strategies.
- Provide support for patients with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective discharge planning and case management strategies.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-care instructions.
Basic qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in good standing.
- Proficient in medical terminology and ICD coding (ICD-9 & ICD-10).
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in critical care settings such as ICU or emergency medicine.
- Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic or Cerner.
- Background in long-term care, assisted living, or home care environments.
- Skills in IV infusion, catheterization, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
- Knowledge of geriatrics and senior care practices.
