Bilingual Client Services Representative

Join our growing real estate team as a Bilingual Client Services Representative In this role, you'll serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact for our past and current clients—helping strengthen relationships and ensure every client feels valued long after their transaction is complete. You'll connect with clients by phone and email, introduce our exclusive Client Benefits Program, and guide them through the enrollment process with clarity and care. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people. You'll also assist in maintaining accurate client records and follow-up systems to ensure every interaction meets our service standards. Compensation:

$15 hourly plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Call past clients to explain program benefits
• Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service with every call

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• This is an in-office position
