Position: Customer Service Representative
Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, and plumbing service since 2006. Express Plumbing Heating & Air has been serving homeowners and businesses for over 20 years and is recognized nationally for being one of the most knowledgeable heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality contractors in the industry.

Your Role:
Your primary goal as a Customer Service Representative is to assist clients when they have a need or concern with their most valuable asset, their home. This is an entry-level position, designed to train you and grow you professionally. As you progress throughout your career, you have the opportunity to learn the skills for customer service beyond just friendly interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Rapport: Establish strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate your knowledge and professionalism to win new referrals and repeat business. Have a Friendly and Professional Phone Voice
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Take client calls as they come in and assist in scheduling their projects or answering questions regarding their projects. Make calls to clients to ensure proper communication on what is going on with their projects.
- Computer Work: Utilize our software to keep proper logs and ensure client satisfaction from effective communication.
- Part of On-Call Rotation with entire team and work a Saturday on Rotation
Requirements:
- No Inbound Call Take Required: We provide extensive training in our facility both with role play and live call taking.
- Willingness to Learn: Must be passionate about learning the trade and excited about a long-term career.
- Integrity and Communication Skills: High integrity and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Motivation and Attitude: Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desires to improve.
- Energetic Team Player: Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Company-Wide:

- Immediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met within a reasonable timeframe

Compensation Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative:
- Hourly Pay: $15 to $17
- Weekly Hours: Between 35 hours to 40 Hours
- On-Call Compensation on-top of normal pay
- Bonus Pay Opportunities
