We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events and special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and meal preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
