Associate Client Advisor

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Cleveland, OH . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role supports lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up accounts by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Acts as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships while managing accounts and coordinating with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth through cross-selling.

• Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them.

• Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements.

• Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth.
