Position Overview:
We're looking for a personable and dependable Kavatender / Barista to join our team The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a calm yet social atmosphere, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve kava, kratom teas, coffee, and other specialty beverages
• Engage warmly with customers and build genuine relationships with regulars
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area
• Restock supplies, clean equipment, and ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Follow proper health, safety, and beverage preparation protocols
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, bartending, or café experience preferred (but not required)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills and responsive to text/calls
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Previous knowledge of kava, kratom, and herbal beverages (but not required)

Compensation:
