We're Hiring: Full-Time Support Staff

• Full-time schedule Monday–Friday (daytime hours between 8am and 6pm)

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support
• Teach and encourage life skills such as cooking, budgeting, communication, and teamwork
• Lead fun and meaningful activities — including games, community outings, and creative projects
• Support members as they work toward employment and other personal goals
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every individual is valued
• Maintain accurate documentation of your member's progress and achievements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 25+ and eligible to drive under agency insurance
• Valid driver's license and clean 5 year driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Willingness to complete required training (provided by us)
• Ability to lift and assist members as needed
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

• In order to be eligible to drive under our agency's insurance policy, you must be 25yrs of age or older. Are you 25yrs of age or older?
• You must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Do you have a clean 5 year driving record, meaning no tickets or infractions within the past 5 years?
• Do you have any experience driving a passenger van (multi-seat vehicle)? Is that something you are comfortable with?
