Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously, ranging from minor updates to full renovations
• Conduct on-site assessments and measurements
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and material lists
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Communicate consistently with clients regarding progress and expectations
• Resolve issues on job sites quickly and professionally
• Perform quality checks throughout each phase of construction
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily project updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in residential remodeling (required)
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and job specs
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage crews, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management software (JobTread), spreadsheets, and digital communication tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $70,000

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Occasional weekend availability if needed, based on project timelines
