We're looking for dedicated Line Cooks to join our fast-paced, energetic kitchen team If you take pride in your plating, thrive under pressure, and enjoy a creative, collaborative work environment — we want to meet you.

At Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling Co., we've been proudly serving Alaskans (and the adventurous visitors who find us) since 1998. Just 10 miles north of Fairbanks in the heart of beautiful, downtown Fox, our brewpub features a dozen house-made beers, brick-oven pizzas, wild Alaska seafood, and a menu that blends tradition with bold flavor.

What You'll Do

• Prep and cook a variety of dishes from scratch
• Follow recipes, measure ingredients, and handle food safely
• Grill, bake, boil, fry — and plate with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs
• Support special requests and dietary modifications
• Operate broilers, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Contribute to a smooth service flow and great guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knife skills and food handling knowledge
• Team player who can keep their cool when things heat up
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
• Bonus points for experience in catering or special events
