HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge mainly geared towards Residential applications but some light Commercial work will be performed. The HVAC Installer will work on various projects, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and electricians, to complete projects efficiently.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, sweat equipment, and gauges for installation and repair tasks.
• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the construction or property maintenance field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC design, refrigeration, and heating installation.
• Ability to perform equipment repair tasks effectively using various tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
• Experience with field service operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $105,000.00 per year
