Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or Personal Training studio?

Our Personal Training Manager's are responsible for driving in revenue through new member Personal Training enrollment's while retaining our existing members. They help recruit, hire, train and develop future PT manager's for our company.

**This is a very Sales driven position. Our PTD's perform marketing efforts themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get new and existing members to hire a personal trainer to help them achieve the best results possible. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling Personal Training memberships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Calling, Texting and emailing people daily

• Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business

• Setting fitness goals and a plan to achieve them.

-Bringing members through a workout and showing them the benefit to having a personal trainer

-Selling personal training along with memberships and other club amenities

-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe

-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals

Job Type- Full Time Career - Pay- $70,000-$80,000+ per year

We show an average because it's sales. You receive an hourly rate + OT + commissions + a bonus (We have different levels of Bonus' based off your performance)
