Location: Boca Raton, FL

Hours: Full-time, on-site (hybrid available after six months)

This position reports directly to the CTO and is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional ready to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the structure of all internal software and understand how systems interact
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain integrations and automations across internal platforms
• Identify and eliminate recurring issues
• Manage user access, permissions, and workstation setup
• Build and refine workflows across recruiting, sales, and operations teams
• Automate manual tasks where practical
• Improve internal processes based on team feedback and observation
• Produce weekly and monthly operational reports
• Work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy
• Use SOQL, Salesforce reporting tools, and advanced Excel functions
• Create or support reporting scripts and automated data processes
• Organize raw data into clear, actionable summaries
• Write clear and concise documentation for systems and workflows
• Maintain the internal documentation library
