Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Assist with menu planning to accommodate dietary needs and preferences
• Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards
• Serve meals with professionalism and attention to presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
• Support catering events and special meal occasions as needed
• Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies for the dietary department
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal service delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary aide roles, food service, or culinary positions preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
• Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a healthcare or fine dining setting is a plus
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Food industry or restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
