General Responsibilities

• Protect the Chick-fil-A Brand
• Train, mentor, and coach the team
• Ensure operational excellence in the front and back of the house
• Monitor productivity data and adjust staff as needed
• Ensure breaks are taken appropriately
• Approve meal discounts
• Verify cash drawers and final counts
• Ensure legitimacy of bills
• Complete daily critical checklists
• Enforce safety procedures
• Complete cleaning and stocking checklists
• Identify and develop future leaders

Required Skills/Abilities

• Age requirement: 18 yrs or older
• Positive and professional attitude
• Effective communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to lead and influence effectively
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Work outside in a variety of weather
• Effective communication with different languages
