Location: 20509 County Road 20, Fort Lupton, CO 80621

Employment Type: Part-Time (30+ hours per week - flexes during busy seasons)

Compensation: $23 an hour with performance pay increases

As we grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of a hands-on, purpose driven team. We are looking for a dependable Delivery Driver. This dual-role position involves safely transporting products to customers and vendors. Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, able to do heavy lifting, and capable of handling both driving and light warehouse or production-related tasks. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using the company vehicle, per Colorado Law, the employee agrees not to drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or while the person's ability to drive is impaired by alcohol or drugs. Using the company vehicle for business only.
• Experience safely driving a cargo van and box truck in the Denver traffic, rush hour, and Front Range corridor
• Minimum 2 recent years NO FAULT accident free driving record.
• Load and unload deliveries with care and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of a pallet jack, hand dollie, and fork lift (exp. Using barrel dollie A+)
• Learn and adhere to customer rules and procedures when unloading/delivering
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing inventory
• Support team members with routine operational tasks
• Report any equipment or safety issues to management
• Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. regularly throughout the work day, maneuver 650 lb. barrels, and 3,000 lb. totes using pallet jacks, dollies and similar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or production operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Monday–Friday (occasional 4 day work weeks)
• No Weekends
• Competitive hourly pay of $23 per hour subject to a performance increase after 60 days
• 1 paid sick day, 1 paid personal day annually. *Excessive absences will lead to termination.

Colorado is an at-will employment state. A trial period of the first 60 Days of employment in which the applicant must meet minimum job performance expectations as determined by the employer in order to continue as a permanent employee.
