Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation.
  • Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours and slow periods.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health codes through regular inspections and staff training on sanitation practices.
  • Support culinary operations by supervising food production, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all menu items.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards.
  • Implement staff training programs focused on food service management, hospitality excellence, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with budgeting activities, including cost control measures and financial reporting to optimize restaurant performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or fast casual dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management.
  • Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a background in supervising teams and managing staff training & development initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of inventory control methods, food safety standards, and food handling regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Experience with shift management, budgeting, and food industry operations including catering or banquet services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management principles including kitchen management, food production, and culinary experience.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $31, $37,440.00 per year
