We are seeking a
Project Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer
to join our growing team in
Franklin, TN
. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse
land development and site development projects
across residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors.

What You'll Do

• Perform civil site and
  land development design
  , permitting, and construction observation.
• Design land development projects using
  Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D
  .
• Prepare technical design calculations including:
• Stormwater drainage & hydraulic modeling
• Water distribution systems
• Sanitary sewer collection systems, pump stations & force mains
• BMPs, underground detention systems, and erosion control
• Conduct technical reviews of drawings, specifications, calculations, and shop drawings.
• Perform preliminary engineering evaluations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
• Assist management with
  project planning and staff scheduling
  .
• Serve as a point of contact for
  clients, review agencies, contractors, and internal teams
  .
• Attend meetings with clients, municipalities, and contractors throughout project phases.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years
  of experience in
  site/land development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in
  Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of:
• Site Development
• Land Development
• Civil infrastructure systems
• Relevant titles may include:
• Civil Engineer
• Project Engineer
• Civil PE
• Civil Designer

Compensation & Benefits

• 2–5 years experience:
  $70,000 – $100,000
• 5–10 years experience:
  $80,000 – $115,000
• 10+ years experience:
  $120,000+
• Quarterly performance bonuses
