About the Job:

As an Order Management Manager, you will lead and oversee a dedicated team supporting Media Solution Division (Television, Audio, Monitor, Laptop) within the Order Management department. This role encompasses end-to-end oversight of key activities such as order creation, inventory verification, order processing, issue resolution, damage allowance management, return and replacement handling, order tracking, error analysis, and performance evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by effectively managing the team, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement across all order management functions.

About the Benefits (Full-Time Employees) :

• Pay: The pay range for this position is $73,000 to $104,000

A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.

• Bonus: This position is bonus eligible and there are two types of bonuses. Personal & Company

• Vacation: 10 days PTO (Starting), 2 floating PTO (After 1 year) & 6 days Sick Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising and developing the Order Management team, including performance management and training.

• Overseeing and actively participating in order creation, inventory checks, order processing, issue handling, damage allowances, return/replacement processing, order tracking, and error checking.

• Managing accounts associated with order transactions, including reconciliation, invoicing, and coordination with finance teams.

• Resolving escalated issues and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers.

• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to drive continuous process improvements.

• Collaborating cross-functionally to align order management and financial processes with business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or over 5 years order management experience.

• Solid work ethic and accountability.

• Strong Customer Service background required, preferably in Supply Chain.

• Be active in communicating with the stakeholders around the order management part.

• A wide and detailed understanding of Order Fulfillment processes and procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and English fluency.

• Be willing to train the members and provide the growth opportunities to the members.

• Have a consistency in improving oneself and the part.

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy, proactive.

• Excellent problem-solving ability.

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
