What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with placing new orders and inquiries
  • Communicate via email to address customer questions and internal department queries
  • Document issues and updates in Confluence for tracking and resolution
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned to support team objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
  • Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and quality of work in high-pressure situations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with document manipulation and PDF editing
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute
  • Ability to implement new processes and improvements effectively
