Position Overview

We are seeking a General Sales Manager (GSM) who can run both Front-End Desk and Finance (F&I) with confidence and skill.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a figurehead position.

You will oversee:

  • Sales process

  • Deal structuring

  • F&I product penetration

  • Team performance & accountability

  • Customer experience & retention

You will work directly with the ownership team and play a key part in shaping the future of the company.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5+ years experience as GSM, Desk Manager, or F&I Manager
  • Must be able to work both the desk and finance office
  • Proven track record of store volume growth & strong PVR
  • Experience managing high-traffic environments
  • Ability to hold salespeople accountable & run structured processes
  • Must understand lead handling, CRM usage, and appointment conversion
  • Professional presence & leadership ability

Pay: $125, $220,000.00 per year
