We're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Windsor Spring team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

What You'll Do:

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and positive attitude.
• Help customers choose the best wash package or membership option.
• Promote upgrades
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Make sure every customer leaves happy and ready to return.

Who You Are:

• Energetic, friendly, and approachable — people enjoy interacting with you.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• A good communicator who enjoys helping others.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).

Pay & Perks:

• $11.00–$13.00/hour + commission
• Commission-heavy role with strong earning potential
• Eligible for club plan commissions (all staff)
