Position Summary

Asylon is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team and serve as a front-line contact for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, coachable, and excited about introducing game-changing security technology to new prospects.

The BDR will focus on cold outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and pipeline building to support the sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales functions to turn top-of-funnel interest into scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social) to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries.
• Maintain organized and timely outreach cadences via CRM and automation tools.
