We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cook Apprentice to join our culinary team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their cooking skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment. The Cook Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced chefs and assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Learn and apply food safety and sanitation practices
• Support the culinary team in various tasks as needed
• Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food Prep or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
