What you'll do:
Process telephone calls, appropriately schedule appointments, file and maintain records, and perform other related general office duties
Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and complete data entry. Verify and update patient information, prepare correspondence and chart management, contact patients to collect invoice payments, and perform all other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor.
Collect payments by recording and updating financial and insurance information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims through each patient's (EMR) Electronic Medical Record, and working daily on charge entry reports to keep patients checked out.
Greet patients, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors. Ensure all visitors sign in via the log sheets and receive a visitor badge upon their arrival.
Maintain professional appearance and positive customer relations as established in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
Maintain established standards regarding confidentiality of all patient records, paperwork, fax, etc.
Perform additional administrative functions when needed, including providing patients with aftercare information, contacting patients to collect invoice payments, and all other duties as assigned by the Administrative Service Manager or designee.

Sunday: Closed
Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - noon
What you'll need:
- This position requires occasional (2-3 times per month) travel between office locations.
- A passion for people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and technology skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- The ability to work in a constantly changing environment while effectively switching between multiple tasks and/or programs.
- The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time at an elevated work surface.
- The ability to lift up to 25lbs on occasion.
