We build retail displays, OEM components, fixtures, and multi-material projects for a wide range of customers. Our work is fast-paced, project-based, and highly custom—no two days look exactly the same.

As we continue to expand our metal fabrication capabilities, we are looking for skilled welders who take pride in their craft and want to grow with a company that values quality, reliability, and teamwork.

Position Overview

We are hiring full-time Combination Welders to support our metal fabrication department. In this role, you will perform high-quality MIG/TIG welding and fabrication for:

• Custom retail displays
• OEM parts and components
• Fixtures and specialty projects
• Multi-material assemblies

This is a hands-on, shop-floor role ideal for welders who enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing their work come to life in real-world applications.

Compensation

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to build parts to spec
• Fit, fabricate, and assemble metal parts and structures
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards (QC)
• Assist with grinding, cutting, finishing, and forming operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of welding experience (MIG/TIG required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Welding certification a plus, but not required
