Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Oversee inventory processes, including stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and inform decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and customer service performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service management and inventory control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
