Residential Project Coordinator – Custom Home Builder (East Valley)

We are a prominent custom home builder located in the East Valley, currently seeking a Residential Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in the coordination and execution of custom home projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a collaborative team spirit are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to guide them through interior and exterior design selections and colorization
• Review construction drawings and distribute bid invitations to subcontractors and vendors
• Analyze bid submissions for accuracy and request revisions as needed
• Create and manage detailed, job-specific budgets using Excel, incorporating take-offs, estimates, and vendor bids
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Ensure design consistency and work flow throughout the construction process
• Generate, issue, and track subcontracts and work authorizations
• Create, price, and manage change orders
• Update budgets to reflect subcontracts and approved changes
• Prepare permit submittals, including HOA packages and construction drawings
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with homeowners and subcontractors

Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in project coordination or estimating within the home building industry
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Arizona Driver's License, and current auto insurance

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Vacation Time
• Personal/Sick Time
