  • Inventory Transactions & Processing

Process the receipt of products into the company's ERP system.

Manage product transfers between storage locations.

Process fabrication transactions (e.g., converting one product type into another, such as cutting a single length of pipe into multiple shorter lengths).

  • Sales & Invoicing

Accurately prepare and process customer invoices for sales orders.

Ensure alignment of product descriptions, quantities, costs, and specifications across all documents.

  • Inventory Management Support

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting reconciliation efforts.

Reconcile internal database counts with third-party storage provider counts.

Support month-end inventory close and reporting processes.

  • Administrative & Analytical Functions

Process accounts payable entries for inventory landed costs and cost of goods sold (COGS).

Organize and maintain all supporting documentation electronically.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory and operations workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory, accounting, or operations administration within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of the distribution cycle of physical goods and the related accounting impact on inventory, COGS, and the general ledger.

  • Skills:

High proficiency in Microsoft ERP software, Office 365 (especially Excel), Adobe PDF, and Microsoft Teams.

Strong aptitude for working with numbers, analyzing data, and solving complex operational issues logically.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technology & Innovation:

Basic working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, or Claude is required.

Comfort using digital tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
