Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Pasadena, CA. The Senior Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with property laws and regulations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, implementing strategies to maximize NOI, and conducting regular property inspections. The role also involves preparing financial reports, enforcing lease agreements, and spearheading initiatives for enhanced asset performance.

• Proven experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance standards
• Expertise in supervising teams, coordinating vendor services, and conducting property inspections
• Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• California Real Estate license (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous
