Executive Assistant/Nanny

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and care.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules to promote healthy habits.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, reading sessions, and age-appropriate teaching to foster growth and curiosity.
• Support children's learning by implementing preschool activities and helping with homework or educational exercises.
• Maintain a clean and organized household environment by performing cleaning/organization duties, laundry, and general tidying up.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary requirements for children and family members.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with family members to coordinate schedules, appointments, outings, and special events.
• Manage household errands such as grocery shopping or supplies replenishment as needed to support daily operations.
• Foster a warm, supportive atmosphere that encourages positive social interactions among children and family members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with a strong background working with children of different ages; preschool experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones.
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety in emergency situations.
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas efficiently.
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills when working with children and families.
• Prior experience in daycare settings or babysitting roles that involve teaching or caregiving activities is desirable.
