Job Description
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer plays a critical role in enabling the success of the commercial organization by providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This individual serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, ensuring seamless execution of daily priorities, optimizing time and focus, and acting as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages complex and dynamic calendars, prioritizing meetings, travel, and strategic engagements
- Anticipates needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Coordinates and prepares materials for internal and external meetings, including board-level presentations
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serves as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer and internal/external stakeholders
- Drafts, edits, and manages high-level communications, reports, and correspondence
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Project & Operational Support
- Tracks key initiatives and ensures timely follow-up on action items
- Supports the preparation of business reviews, commercial strategy sessions, and leadership offsites
- Partners with commercial leadership team to drive alignment and execution.
Travel & Expense Management
- Plans and coordinates complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Processes expense reports and ensures compliance with corporate policies
Strategic Partnership
- Acts as a thought partner to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, helping to manage priorities and optimize decision-making
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance executive productivity
- Supports special projects and confidential initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom), and calendar systems
- Experience in commercial, sales, or marketing organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Position is required presence in the office 5 days a week to support the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer and the preferred location is the UPS corporate office located Sandy Springs, GA.
