Lead Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Rock Island team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Manage and Order liquor, wine, and beer for restaurant when needed
• Stay informed about new drink trends, techniques, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles in fine dining, restaurants, nightclubs, or catering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods and cocktail mixing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
