Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch review.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely progress.
• Develop clear project plans, timelines, roadmaps, resource allocations, and technical documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Communicate project status, milestones, blockers, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee technical implementation efforts including architecture discussions, integration planning, and system readiness.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technical deliverables when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, team collaboration, and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing technical or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban frameworks, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in software engineering or system architecture.
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour
