Training Specialist (SharePoint 365 / Power Platform)

Join OM Group's mission-focused team at Rock Island Arsenal and help modernize the Army's logistics software that keeps soldiers supplied and ready worldwide. You'll work inside an agile DevSecOps environment with cleared professionals who value craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a full time on-site position.

The Training Specialist designs and delivers classroom, virtual, and e-learning on SharePoint and Power Platform, maintaining learner metrics and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Develop curricula and training materials for multiple modalities
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions
• Build e-learning modules and job aids
• Track learner metrics and improve content based on feedback
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics
• Train citizen developers in using Power Platform to create solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years training delivery and design
• BS degree
• CTT+ or MCT
• Active Secret clearance
• Security+ preferred
• Familiarity with Power Platform
• Ability to work on site full time

Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $75,000 to $95,000.
