Payroll Administrator – Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. This role supports the payroll function by ensuring accurate and timely processing, strong compliance with union contracts, and excellent recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities of a Payroll Administrator:
- Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Enter and verify payroll data, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, and deductions.
- Support payroll reporting and audits using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).
- Administer and reconcile union-related payroll requirements, such as dues, benefit contributions, and wage rules.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and union regulations.
- Assist Payroll Manager and HR with reports, compliance filings, and special projects.
Qualifications of a Payroll Administrator:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state or union experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation).
- Working knowledge of union contracts and collective bargaining agreements strongly preferred.
- Experience with major payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
