Tadlock Roofing, a leading Florida roofing and exterior remodeling company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is a full P&L leadership role responsible for sales, production, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all sales and operations functions for a growing roofing and exterior remodeling company.
• Manage and develop sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Oversee project delivery, production, and customer experience with full accountability for quality and profitability.
• Analyze financials, forecast results, and execute plans that improve growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, hiring, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in home services, roofing, construction, or a similar industry.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and operations with full P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Experience managing residential or commercial roofing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
