Job Overview

We are seeking a strong and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee small‐parcel sorting operations, workforce allocation, and forklift coordination during overnight warehouse activities. The ideal candidate must be a reliable team leader with hands-on warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency and safety in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead night-shift parcel sorting teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assign and coordinate staff across sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and staging areas.
• Oversee forklift operations and ensure operators follow safety procedures at all times.
• Monitor parcel flow and make real-time adjustments to prevent bottlenecks.
• Ensure accurate and timely parcel routing and outbound dispatch.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate work instructions clearly in English and Chinese.
• Train new hires on sorting procedures, safety rules, and warehouse standards.
• Maintain accurate nightly production records and complete shift reports.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company operational policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in parcel sorting, e-commerce warehouse, or distribution center environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage, lead, and motivate teams during night shifts.
• Knowledge of forklift operations; forklift certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capability to manage fast-changing workflow conditions.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.
• Ability to work consistent night shift hours.
