Role Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations in one of our Jacksonville, FL locations. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the daily functions of the café while ensuring efficiency, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing marketing initiatives, and maintaining high food quality standards. The General Manager will lead the team to meet financial goals and develop team members to achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Experience in restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and financial oversight
• Customer service expertise with a strong commitment to creating positive dining experiences
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, customers, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
• Degree or certification in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Minimun 50 hour work week 5-10 hr days
