Business Development Representative
to grow our presence in the community and strengthen our referral network.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    local influence centers
    such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and rehabilitation communities, and physician offices.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain
    referral sources
    to generate new client opportunities.
  • Conduct
    personal visits and meetings
    with professionals and organizations across private, public, and non-profit sectors.
  • Represent Seniors Helping Seniors Lebanon at
    community events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions
    to increase brand awareness.
  • Stay informed about
    industry trends
    to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the owner to schedule and deliver
    professional presentations
    using company marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a
    smooth onboarding experience
    for new clients.
  • Maintain a detailed
    CRM database
    of contacts, track all outreach activity, and follow up consistently.
  • Meet regularly with the agency owner or manager to discuss referral status, new opportunities, and outreach initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications
    , or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in business development, marketing, or referral relationship management — ideally in healthcare or home care.
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media tools.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Passionate about helping others and committed to promoting
    high-quality senior care.
  • Valid
    driver's license and reliable transportation
    for community travel.
