HVAC Maintenance Technician - Commercial |$ $33.00 per hour
This position will focus on commercial maintenance and service. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of HVAC experience, preferably commercial maintenance, and service.

Job Title:
HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:
$ $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours:
7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing

• Commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial heating/cooling, and ventilation systems
• Cleaning & maintaining boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, Rooftop, split system, and water sourced heat pumps
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Receiving hands on training for professional career growth
• Providing outstanding service to our customers

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• 2+ years of HVAC commercial annual maintenance and service experience
• Able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance for wide range of commercial equipment
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative / annual maintenance
• Advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner
• Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Certification of completion form a HVAC Technical School is desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
