Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via diret contact, phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with check in at the kiosk counter regarding Tour tickets and services.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Making group photo and sell to customers
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Bilingual ENGLISH and SPANISH candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work Outdoors in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
